Refunds and Exchanges

Please kindly note: Orders cannot be altered, changed, or canceled after checkout!
We will happily replace any merchandise if it is defective or damaged.
We respectfully do not offer price adjustments on past/prior orders, for items presently included in promotional sales, flash sales, and/or with discounted codes.
Please contact MAHM directly: firstname.lastname@example.org to begin your return process. This will give MAHM confirmation, and we can communicate the steps needed in returning. Returns will be denied if we have not communicated. Returns must be sent within 14 days of when the order originally shipped.
All returned merchandise must still have the original tags attached them, and must be unworn and unwashed. If an item appears to have been worn, has stains, deodorant marks, pet hairs or odors, etc. the return will respectfully be denied. If an item has been worn only once, it will still not qualify for a return.
Approved merchandise may be returned for an online MAHM store credit, and only within 14 days from when the order originally shipped. A MAHM store credit will be applied for the amount paid for the merchandise. This store credit will not include the original shipping charges (original shipping charges are non-refundable). MAHM store credits are valid for 6 months.
After you have shipped the merchandise, please allow 3-4 business days for our store to receive your return; as well as 3-4 business days for your return to process in a MAHM store credit.
Once your return has been inspected, and is officially approved by our store, the MAHM store credit will be emailed to the email address on file, and will be applied to your MAHM account.
Exchanges will simply be treated as a return. We cannot guarantee the item you want to exchange will be in stock; this policy alleviates that mishap. Please follow the return policy above, which will result in a MAHM store credit. You may use the store credit to then buy the correct item (if in stock). Please kindly refer to the above return policy details for full information on how our returns work, to ensure you understand this process.
Friendly reminder: The original shipping charge is non-refundable, so your MAHM store credit will reflect this.
